Vintage, Joe Weider's 5 Minute Body Shaper! Original rope exerciser pulley, box, instructions, and plastic packaging. Rope exerciser attaches easily to a doorknob for a quick, total body workout. "One 5 minute exercise done twice daily slims, trims, and shapes you up!" Strengthens, firms, and shapes legs, minimizes waist and hips, flattens stomach, and firms bustline or chest, and underarms.

The 5 Minute Body Shaper was distributed in 1973 by Weider Health and Fitness of Woodland Hills, CA. Since 1936, Joe Weider has pioneered fitness and health regimens. In 1946, Joe and his brother formed the International Federation of Body Builders. In 1965, Joe created the Mr. Olympia contest, of which Arnold Schwarzenegger was a most famous winner.

The original Body Shaper box is intact and displays its original price sticker but has obvious signs of wear, as pictured. Box measures 9 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 3". The rope pulley exerciser and instruction book are in like new condition! $12 Cash
