The tent body and poles are in great shape. This is a very sturdy tent and made of very good quality materials...cost around $400 new.

It is HUGE...about 16 ft long x 8 ft wide x 7 ft high
If you can do without the rain fly, this would make a great tent to take to the park and keep the bugs out for Sunday picnics, use it in your back yard for the same or as a play tent for the kids, use it for Burning Man/Summer Festivals as an "outdoor" lounge area as the mesh upper material provides great air flow, visibility of your surroundings, it keeps the bugs out and provides shade from the sun.
you can always toss a tarp over the top and cinch it down by tying it or staking it, in the event of rain
