The best people have stayed here. A professional scriptwriter and poet, an artist from Montreal, another one from LA, a German PhD student, a lecturer from CU, and a holistic doctor. Each one has added lovely dimension to the space. — People who like nice things and carry themselves well in the world.
*note: this isn't a WFH environment.
It's an insanely good location. Walking distance to grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, two parks and even downtown Boulder. A few blocks from the main bus line.
So, what's your situation? Why do you need a short-term option and how long would you stay? Are you super clean, and thoughtful, and a grounded, easy, positive presence?? : )
1 month: $1,100 + utilities
2-3 months: $950 + utilities
You'll have two housemates. One is a French grad student in physics, one of the top in the country, and the other works for an accounting firm. We keep the house clean and beautiful. We're thoughtful about sound and impacting one another. We're cheerful. Very independent, but enjoy our warm interactions. And of course, we all do our part around the house.
