We’re 3 guys (ages 26–29) looking for a 4th roommate to join us in a great 4-bedroom house in Boulder starting June 1st.
The House:
Spacious 4BR home in a quiet neighborhood
Easy bike access to downtown Boulder
Garage + street parking
Large common areas, plenty of space/privacy
Rent is $5,000 total (~$1,250–$1,600 depending on room)
Utilities split (~$100/month/person)
Unfurnished room
Lease:
Sublease (you pay us, we pay landlord)
Month-to-month to start, with option to stay longer if it’s a good fit
About Us:
We’re all, pretty grounded and low-drama. We enjoy the outdoors (backpacking, rock climbing), board games, and occasional small hangouts. Not a party house, but we’re social and friendly.
We tend to keep a consistent routine (early mornings, gym, etc.), and the house is generally calm, but it’s big enough that different schedules work fine.
What We’re Looking For:
Responsible and communicative
Reasonably clean (we keep shared spaces in good shape, not perfectionists)
Friendly but independent
Open to short-term or longer-term depending on fit
Other:
Pets allowed if they’re chill
No hard restrictions beyond basic respect for the house and people
