The larger bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a dresser, and a larger closet for storage. The smaller bedroom is a dedicated office space with a desk that can be adjusted to a standing desk, a printer, and an extra computer screen. Full bath/tub. Could fit a full-sized blowup mattress in the office area if needed. Apartment is bermed so stay cool in summer without AC. I have two window fans that I put in the windows at night and close them during the day.
Apartment has a portable washer that you set up in the bathtub. It is really easy to use and does a great job. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for drying.
Private furnished porch and partially fenced-in backyard. Raised garden bed, herb gardens, which are optional to use - no maintenance required. Pool and hot tub in complex open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Tennis and pickleball courts open year-round. Friendly, quiet neighbors.

Walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, coffee, bars, shops, and ice cream (all within 0.5 miles). 5-min walk (0.3 mile) to bus routes (Bolt, 205, 208, Bound) with easy access to Downtown Boulder and Longmont. Steps to Elmer’s Two Mile multi-use path and Parkside Park.
