The location is near Fairview High School:
-On the Skip bus line.
-8 min bike ride or a few minutes drive to Table Mesa.
-2 min walk to the open space trailhead.
-5 min walk to the other Shanahan ridge trails
We have a fully furnished garden level suite available in a 3br townhouse available January 2nd through February 28th. The garden level has two 10 by 12ft rooms (a bedroom and an office), a private bathroom, and a movement space that also houses the washer/dryer of the house.
The main level is a shared space with a large fully-stocked kitchen, cozy living area with fully functional wood stove, and great open space views. The top level of the house has two bedrooms for the two other housemates. Our male and female housemates are in their mid-late 30s and both are nearly done with their masters degrees in counseling at Naropa.
We are mostly a quiet house, but appreciate good conversation. We strive to be tidy and value good communication around house matters.
We currently have an energetic Vizsla, so we can accommodate no more furry friends at the moment.
