We are looking for someone who to sublet a room for the month of may in a quiet and spacious house in Boulder. The house is shared with 3 other young (26-30) working professionals, grounded and low-drama.
We tend to keep a consistent routine (early mornings, gym, etc.), and the house is generally calm, but it’s big enough that different schedules work fine.
The House:
Spacious 4BR home in a quiet neighborhood
Easy bike access to downtown Boulder
Garage + street parking
Large common areas, plenty of space/privacy
Rent is 1250 for the month.
Utilities split (~$100)
Unfurnished room
Lease:
Sublease (you pay us, we pay landlord)
Other:
No hard restrictions beyond basic respect for the house and people
