Looking for ONE roommate
I live in a remodeled two story house near 17th and Collyer in Longmont. It has five bedrooms- 3 upstairs and two downstairs. I am looking for one responsible, quiet, professional or student to sublease for 3 to 5 months beginning this September (or whenever works as a start date. The room is open Sept 1st) A longer lease might be possible.
You will have the furnished master bedroom up stairs and two other smaller bedrooms to use however you please. We share the kitchen and living room, laundry, yard etc. I use the two bedrooms downstairs.
Your master bedroom is furnished with a super comfy queen size bed, nice 6 drawer dresser and matching night stand, Wooden floors with soft rugs and closet. Next door is a full size bathroom with tub and shower which will be your private bathroom (it also serves as visitor's bathroom when needed) and there are two bedrooms across the hall for you to use. There's a comfy recliner in one for you to use. Perfect for reading room, yoga space etc.
The house is a newly remodeled two story house in quiet neighborhood. Smaller but nice kitchen with all the amenities, washer/dryer, cozy living room, large back yard, air conditioning, off street/driveway parking. Close to King Soopers and Natural Grocers, one block from a park, near biking trails. You can hear the train but it's not bad.
I am a 58yr old male. I work 9 to 5 during the week. I am an artist/musician and spend a lot of time in the art/music studio downstairs on the weekends. I sometimes host workshops and/or music performances at the house on weekends.
I have had both female and male roommates in the past so either works.
I am quiet, friendly and easy to get along with. It's a cozy, comfortable environment but I like to play my guitar and music sometimes too. I burn incense and candles sometimes.
No smokers, No pets.
Please message me and tell me about yourself. If you just send the default "is this still available" I probably won't respond.
