We have several nice fully-furnished guest bedrooms available in our humble, quiet, drama and tobacco-free home that we offer for short-term rent, with access to a shared kitchen and shared bathroom.
One quiet, furnished room is available on November 28 -- $900/mo ($400/week.)
We offer a very flexible lease - usually in the 2-3 month range (but guests often end up staying for much longer -- 12-24 months). Great for people in transition or people who need flexibility. There is laundry on-site, and parking on the street.
We are looking for a respectful, clean, quiet individuals who can fit in to a nice scene without any drama or needing to put heavy pressure on the house. Ideally, you are in between housing, or just landing in Boulder County, and need a short-term to medium-term place to stay while figuring out your next step. We are located in beautiful old town Louisville, about 15 minutes from central Boulder, surrounded by old trees

Rates (for one guest, with no pets):
$60 - day
$300/400 - week

We have numerous references (male and female, young and old), and may ask for your references, too. We may require a security deposit as well, to be determined based on length of stay, etc. We will do light screening and will need a photo of your drivers license when you arrive.
