We have several clean, quiet furnished guest rooms for rent in our super-quiet, inviting, friendly, well-shaded home in old town Louisville -- 15 minutes from downtown Boulder!
The house is shared with other mature adults, and parking is on the street. There is washer/dryer in-house, lots of tall trees, and a relaxing back yard. It is a drama-free, easy-going, quiet/artistic place.
It is furnished with a queen bed, lamps, a desk, nice dresser, etc. The rooms are offered on a monthly basis (most guests stay 3-6 months), but occasionally shorter spots are available. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests.
$900/mo includes all utilities/wifi/etc. Small deposit required.
Please tell us about yourself, your timing, your work, etc. Pets are possible. No tobacco smokers, please. Photos and introductions are greatly appreciated. Sorry, no pets. (We will need a photo of your driver's license).
