This is a magnificent place with almost no bugs, no snakes, great climate with low humidity, and beauty wherever you look. Kona is famous for its coffee, tropical fruits, and macadamia nuts and has a gigantic new Costco, a Walmart, and Home Depot and other wonderful commercial and cultural facilities.
I love my Hawaiian acreage and would love to build on it and retire, but I am 76 and my children, grandchildren, and sisters all live on the East Coast, and Hawaii is too far from my family, which makes it necessary for me to give it up. My lot is number 5 in the Kona Sea Ranch gated development and I have provided a map if you are interested. I do have a special connection to and love for Boulder. This lot has great rental and commercial and agricultural potential. Hawaii has recently offered licenses to people with 2 acres and more to commercially grow hemp, for instance. The land is ideally situated for production of famous Kona coffee, the growth of macadamia nuts and numerous tropical fruits.
