Laptop is in perfect condition always kept in sleeve, used only 1 year, battery lost some capacity but if replaced laptop in off the shelf condition. I love this laptop so so much but it’s built to ambisious the screen is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen but also power hungry so battery life is bad, other than that it’s the best laptop I’ve ever used, I’m just upgrading to a more powerful device
