LEGO 21318 Tree House, excellent condition, complete - $150 (Boulder)

This is a gorgeous Lego set that came out in 2019. It stands over 14” tall, is a joy to put together, and comes with 2 sets of leaves for either spring or fall colors. I bought it from another collector and filled in just a couple minor missing pieces. The pieces are clean and shiny with basically no playwear and all the minifigures look great.

Set is complete according to Bricklink inventory. Does not include extra pieces or the original box. Comes with the printed instructions in very good condition, and a custom-cut bottom cloth so it won’t scratch your coffee table. Set was carefully disassembled into numbered bags to follow the instructions.
This set has been out of production for several years and is getting harder to find. Asking $150. Available for local pickup in Boulder. I might be willing to meet somewhere in Denver if you’re buying multiple sets. Serious inquiries only please.
