Skateplate rolling base for Skilsaw and Bosch worm drive saws.
Unused in box.
Use with or without the rollers as a precision upgrade, or to replace your saw's damaged shoe.
Fits the Skil SHD77, Skil SHD77M, Bosch 1677MD, and perhaps a few newer worm drive saws by Skil or Bosch (if they share the same shoe mount design).
Bolts on in place of the saw's original steel, magnesium, or aluminum shoe to provide upgraded performance. The optional roller axles are mounted on ball bearings for smooth action, and are designed to keep the saw rolling forward in a straight line to help with accuracy when cutting sheet goods. The rollers pop off easily and you can use the tough composite shoe like a standard shoe. The rear roller has a bit of a flat spot, but it rolls just fine. Replacement rollers are available from the manufacturer if you wear them out or damage them.
