SawStop PCS 3HP w/upgrades - $3,600 (Lyons)

This saw has never had its brake triggered - thankfully.
This has only been used in a modest capacity, and the overall condition is excellent. There are some mild markings/spots on the table surface, consistent with expected use. I've tried to show them in the photos but they are a little hard to see. Certainly no impact to surface integrity.
This has been used in a hobbyist capacity, and not anything resembling commercial use. That is one of the reasons I decided to part with it - it needs to be used more, and I just can't justify keeping it.
As far as upgrades that are part of this package, and will come with the listed price:
- SawStop Industrial Cabinet Saw Base - this is a tremendous device. Makes it easy to move the saw around with very minimal effort. It is absolutely worth what SawStop charges for it!
- SawStop Overarm Dust Collector - Very useful when cutting large and/or repeated pieces
Items that appear in photos but NOT part of the base package:
- Runout Table - I built this as a combo dead flat/runout table for the saw. It is also for sale, but I realize not everyone may have the need, so I wanted to show them together
- Crosscut Sled - I also built this for the saw using the 5 cuts method. I'm also selling this, but again not everyone may need
- Forrest Woodworker II saw blade - I'm also selling this. If you don't want this included, I'll just install the stock blade that came with the saw. It has never been used
