We’re a premium residential remodeling company serving Boulder + 15 miles looking for a reliable concrete cutting subcontractor for remodel work — primarily:
Cutting foundation walls for egress windows
Sawcutting basement slabs for plumbing runs
Occasional small demo or selective concrete removal
This is residential remodel work, often in occupied homes, and we’re looking for someone who’s professional, organized, and consistent.
Cleanliness and dust control are NON-NEGOTIABLE
Concrete cutting can absolutely wreck a home if it’s done carelessly. We’re looking for a sub who treats dust control and cleanup as part of the job — not something the GC “handles later.”
WE EXPECT:
Proper containment (plastic, zipper walls as needed)
HEPA dust collection / wet cutting when appropriate
Floor protection and careful movement through the house
Slurry/dust managed and not tracked through the home
Debris removed and work area left clean at the end of the day
A crew that respects that this is someone’s home — not a jobsite free-for-all
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strong experience with egress window cuts (foundation wall saw cutting)
Ability to cut slabs cleanly and accurately for trenching and plumbing runs
