We're looking for one outstanding tile installer or small crew to become our long-term tile partner.
We currently have approximately 15 tiling projects on the books, with additional work continuing to come in. The right person could start immediately.
Our goal isn't to hire someone for one project. Our goal is to find the tile contractor we're still working with five years from now.

• Proper layout before setting the first tile.
• Flat, plumb walls.
• Proper substrate preparation.
• Professional waterproofing.
• Correct floor preparation.
• Proper slopes to drains.
• Tight, consistent grout joints.
• Clean cuts.
• Thoughtful transitions.
• Clean miters.
• Well-built niches and benches.
• Little to no lippage.
If something isn't right, you fix it.
We don't cut corners, and we don't expect our subcontractors to either.
