We’re a professional Boulder remodeling company specializing in kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations. We’re hiring a carpenter who specializes in cabinet setting and trim. Must also be experienced in door hanging. Looking for a professional who can confidently run projects, lead others, and deliver exceptional hands-on craftsmanship.
This is a long-term opportunity for a self-directed professional who takes pride in high standards and wants to grow into a key leadership role. If you need supervision to stay productive, this job isn’t for you.
Compensation
-$35-$40/hr, depending on experience
-Opportunity to earn more with performance and responsibility
-W-2 position (not 1099)
What We Require
We maintain high expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, and safety every day and on every jobsite. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to:
-Work on a residential remodel day-to-day with minimal supervision
-Provide high-level finish carpentry
-Maintain clean and organized workspaces with floor, surface, and material protection throughout the day
-Ensure strong dust control in occupied homes
-Provide calm, professional client communication
-Complete job documentation using JobTread (training provided — willingness to learn is required)

-Own professional-grade hand and power tools
-Have reliable transportation
-Be punctual and fully engaged
-Have clean, organized work habits
-Be accountable, dependable, and proactive
-Be sober on the job. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol on the jobsite, including marijuana. Showing up under the influence or using substances during the workday will result in immediate dismissal.
-Work full-time - we don’t need part-time workers, so only those who can work a full 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm) should apply
