Pan’s Gardens LLC is looking for one or two hardworking, detail-oriented crew members to help build custom landscapes throughout Boulder County.
We’re a small landscape design and build company specializing in drought-tolerant, native, and sustainable gardens. Our projects include natural stone, boulder placement, patios, gravel gardens, irrigation, meadow plantings, and high-quality residential landscapes. We focus on thoughtful design and craftsmanship.
Schedule
* Approximately 24 hours per week
* Typical shifts are 4–6 hours
* Starting the first week of August
* Work expected through Thanksgiving, with the possibility of continuing into the winter depending on weather and project schedule
Job Duties
* Shoveling, raking, and grading
* Trenching for irrigation
* Digging with shovels and pickaxes
* Moving soil, mulch, gravel, and stone
* Assisting with boulder placement
* Planting trees, shrubs, grasses, and perennials
* Site preparation and cleanup
* General landscape construction
This is physically demanding outdoor work. You’ll spend your days building landscapes—not mowing lawns.
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites
* Able to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
Applicants with experience in landscaping, construction, irrigation, stonework, gardening, arboriculture, farming, trail work, or other physically demanding outdoor work are especially encouraged to apply.
Experience driving a work truck, pulling a trailer, or operating landscape equipment is a plus and may qualify for higher pay after the trial period.
