Emerald Management, a locally owned property management company based in North Boulder, is seeking an experienced and reliable team member to join our maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
* **Maintenance:**
* Conduct routine maintenance of MEP systems across our portfolio.
* Perform spot roofing repairs.
* Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and light cleaning during tenant turnovers.
* Handle drywall and framing tasks.
* **Logistics & Client Communication:**
* Manage maintenance requests from tenants and facilitate prompt repairs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills are highly valued.
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Must be physically able to climb ladders, work with power tools, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
* A valid driver's license is required.
