Opportunity
We are looking for a RV technician who is responsible for providing technical repair,
service work, and installations on both camper van conversions and vehicles. We seek
candidates who are results-driven, solution-oriented, collaborative, thorough, creative,
and with a strong work ethic to become part of our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
● Strong work ethic and detail oriented
● Thorough documentation of work orders
● Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
● Testing parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
● Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
● Webasto diagnosis and repair
● RV plumbing diagnosis and repair
● RV electrical diagnosis and repair
● Cabinetry repair
● Extensive Knowledge of RV systems and components such as awnings, side steps, AC
units, heaters, etc.
● Safe use of automotive lift and shop equipment
Qualifications
● 3-5 years in RV work or repairs
● Performing routine RV service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair
● Comfortable with Installations or willing to learn
-Bumper, ladder, rear door carriers, side steps, windows, fans, flooring, ect.
● Skilled with power tools and ability to navigate shop environment
● Knowledgeable on RV electrical and plumbing systems
● Knowledgeable on diesel and gasoline powered heaters and hydronic systems.
● Knowledgeable on Volta, Victron, Lithionics, Battleborn, Ecoflow battery systems
