Job Summary
Family owned and Boulder based rental property maintenance company in search of a skilled full-time maintenance technician. We are looking for a team player with an excellent work ethic and positive attitude!
Duties
Repair and maintain rental properties from changing light bulbs to plumbing and HVAC projects.
Attend daily morning meetings.
Respectfully communicate with tenants to arrange repair appointments and relay necessary information.
Collaborate and problem solve with the team to resolve any repair issues.

Problem solving/troubleshooting
Ability to pivot between working alone and working in a team
Basic Electrical Skills: Installing light fixtures, replacing wall outlets and switches, troubleshooting issues, etc.
Basic Plumbing Skills: Replacing water heaters, faucets, toilets, fill valves, cartridges, garbage disposals, etc.
General Maintenance Repairs: doors, windows, cabinets, caulking, minor drywall repair, etc.
Appliance repair knowledge and skills a plus!
Advanced HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical knowledge would be a huge plus!
(wage rate dependent on experience)
ON CALL REQUIRED - Technicians rotate each week to be on call for maintenance emergencies.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass background check.
