Need a skilled tradesman. Looking for someone who can take on and lead projects: decks, basement finishing, custom sheds, sunrooms, fences, kitchen and bath remodels, etc.
We pay above industry standard so you need to be extremely talented, knowledgeable, drug and alcohol free on-site, clean, and great with customer service.
Will test your skill and knowledge.
Jobs change every couple weeks. Will hire as 1099 contractor for two months before bringing on as W2 employee.
Once hired, I cover everything including workers comp and tools. A new loaded transit van will be provided for the right person as well.
Almost all work is in Boulder, CO. We rarely leave the area.
Must haves to apply in addition to the above:
1) a truck/van so you can carry supplies to job sites when needed.
2) your own liability insurance while working as a 1099 contractor.
3) your own tools while working as a 1099 contractor.
4) clean criminal history and driving record. Will perform background check.
