We are deconstructing 2 bathrooms. We need someone who has a fairly deep understanding of residential remodeling projects. This is a 1099 contract position. This is not day labor, pay will occur the following week. Although we do give 25% pay advance the first week.
This trades-person must have their own demo and hand tools, work boots, gloves, and eye protection when needed.
We have an established crew that you will be working along side of.
Need to have 2 Professional references.
Background check authorization from applicants will be part of the application.
This job will definitely lead to more work for the right trades-person.
Starting pay for first 250 hours, is $24-28/hr. DOE.
Reliability is the most important trait we are looking for.
If you have worked as a deconstruction trades-person or Assistant Installer on 7 or more residential remodels, that is the minimum requirement for applying.
