This home ideal for digital nomads, seniors and small families. My renters in the past have appreciated that the decor was not all white and modern. It felt like "home" and not like a "rental". The dining room faces south which beckons you for a warm, sunny cup of coffee in the morning or a BBQ in the afternoon. The en suite is huge with a comfy king bed and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms can accommodate teens or guests with their own bathroom with some privacy of their own.
The living room area and office area can be separated from the rest of the home with a pocket door. This is a especially appealing to those of you that work from home or family that may want to separate the TV area from the adult space.
The home is close to parks, trails, schools, and daily conveniences. Plenty of parking and a detached garage for your outdoor goodies or storage.
