**Seeking renters for month of April, May and perhaps beyond** It is nestled on the south-facing side of the valley and gets sunlight for the entire day! You'll love sipping your morning coffee as you watch the mountains light up all around you. Enjoy a relaxing night reading a book or playing board games by the warm wood stove. This is certainly the place to be if you and your family truly want to unplug or find a quiet place to get work done.

This cabin is located on Klondike Avenue in Eldora, a couple doors down from the Gold Miner Inn.

The cabin features two bedrooms and a spacious living area, a large kitchen and dining area, and one bathroom. It is very well insulated and is heated with electrical baseboard heaters and a wood stove. Once the woodstove gets cranking you won’t need to leave the heaters on.

One bedroom has a new Casper foam king bed plus a dresser, shelf, and hooks for your things. There is a small table and reading lamp on each side of the bed. The second bedroom features two new Casper foam twin beds with one nightstand and lamp between the two beds. In this room, there is an empty closet and dresser. Both rooms feature light-blocking curtains, which make for a nice, dark room when the morning sun starts to rise.

The main living area has a wide-open, yet cozy, feel thanks to the vaulted ceilings and newly refinished hardwood floors. Here you will find a comfortable couch and chairs as well as a table for having a snack or playing card and board games. There is lots of floor space in this room, too. A bookshelf is filled with books as well as a selection of board games.

The kitchen has a medium-sized refrigerator as well as a full-size dishwasher, stove/oven, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is also filtered water on tap, too. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a great meal or bake a tasty treat. There is also a coffee grinder, coffee pot, and filter holder for those who prefer a pour-over.

The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower.

The cabin has a spacious yard, which is typically covered in snow in the winter, but it makes a great place for kids to play in warmer months.

You will also have access to a large shed to store gear and things if you need them.

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin and storage shed.
