Be aware of Belmarez Roofing out of noco Many questionable tactics by this company. First off they are NOT the same company that shows up to do the job. It is a complete different company. They pull a fast one on you at the last second., when they show.up to do job!!! So ABSOLUTELY make sure you ask for copy of their genaeral liability insurance and see if both names are on there. If not id think twice. This could really screw you if you do need your insurance or their insurance to cover something. They also do not offer free upgrade to storm class shingles like many other companies. If you call 5 or 7 others youll find someone. ( i wish we would have done this) Come to find out after we could of went somewhere else and now had a storm class roof but we had to go w basic roof cause couldn't afford extra. We also got a section of gutter replaced by their contact Allright Gutters. Look them up on google. They put the bottom part of my downspout back on upside down. Thely also put the gutter guards on wrong. The corner piece of gutter guard should have been clipped under and hiding in top of the outside corner instead it is still placed outside on top of gutter. WeIl I should have I should of looked at reviews Amongst other thinge we are not impressed. So dont hire their gutter guys either !!!
